Poor Service

https://www.trojanhealth.co.za/ I assume give the lack of stock and lead time that business is very good , but I will certainly not be recommending Trojan to anybody. After sales service is shocking. I was quoted R550 to install against CAS - 914JMY6P1 , the invoice that I received was for R800 ( I paid) Granted I was told on Monday about the 2-3 day lead time , but was also told a technician would contact me that afternoon ? Numerous phone calls later ..... nothing Ironically the contact us section of the website is faulty. CAS - 914JMY6P1 Job id - VJ***
