Poor quality of gooda and pathetic service

I purchased a Trojan Elite Home gym from Makro Springfield Park on the 23/03/2019. Upon assembly, I realised that I was missing some parts. I called the Trojan contact centre on the 29/04/2019 and was instructed by Ntabiseng to send her an email with the proof of purchase and a list of the missing parts. She mentioned that there was a 7 working day delivery to which I respond that it is ridiculous that I purchased and paid the full price expecting that all the parts were included and that the parts next to be couriered to me urgently. She said that she will escalate it as she thinks that the courier has not left for the day. I received an email from her with my reference number. On Tuesday, I responded to her email to enquire the progress of the escalation. I did not receive a response. I called on the 01/05/2019 and spoke to Khulu. He advised that Ntabiseng was his supervisor and that he can see that there was an escalation but no feedback. He assured me that I would receive a call back from Ntabiseng by 3pm. No call was made to me. I called today 02/05/2019 and spoke to another lady who was advised that Ntabiseng was off sick. I asked to speak to a manager to which she responded that she will follow up and call me back at 12pm. Once again no call back. I called again at 14:40pm and was again spoke to the same lady who advised that she will follow up and call me back at 3pm. I received a call back at 15:20pm only to be questioned about the missing parts and if I lost or damaged the parts. She was asked the question on behalf of the service manager Gift. I could not believe that I was asked those questions. The service is absolutely shocking and pathetic to say the least from Trojan. Makro should also have quality checks in place to ensure Trojan products have the relevant parts in order to complete the assembly. Trojan, I expect the parts to be couriered asap alternatively, I want a eefund from Makro and they will have to collect the parts.
