Poor products and very poor customer service

I have been complaining of trojan poor equipment, they actually email me and called me after a lot of complaints on Facebook. I will share the email and call. Best of all I even told them I don't want nothing just to tell them there product is ******* always brakes in a year. They then said they fix it, best of all come to my house to take pictures and ever since nothing, but this is customer service at it worst. This is not the first time they do it.
