Poor after-sales service ***

I logged a service call with Trojan 4 weeks ago, multiple phone calls and emails later they promised to send out a technician to come and fix our Trojan bike. Eventually I got referred to M5, they are supposed as per my service level agreement. * Do not return the product to the store Call 0861 Trojan (0 ********** 26) to log the faulty product (under warranty or out of warranty) The service team will collect the product from your home on an agreed date and time. Items repaired in our service center will be returned to your home on an agreed date and time. Now more than 4 weeks later, they still have not yet assisted me!
