Pathetic service

I logged a call with Trojan call center, now four weeks later and multiple emails later, they fail to help me, they now want me to take the unit to JHB, after they committed to coming to my house as per agreed service level agreement. They fail to call back, after they promise to do so, really poor service, I will never ever buy Trojan again because of them!
