No after sales service

I logged a request for spare parts for a Stryder 200 Elliptical Cycle. On the 30th of July I received an email requesting additional information, I immediately rep**** with this required information. On the 7th of August I requested an update on the situation, to date (12th August2019) I have not had any reply to my request. After sales service is really appalling! Ref #CAS-42530-******
