Messed Up Order System with No Promise on Delivery

I ordered my Active gym for R6500 at the beginning of the month when stock was available on the website. The day I placed my order and paid I called a sales consultant by the name of Mark who said my order should arrive in Durban within the next week and will be dispatched shortly after. last week I spoke to another sales consultant Gareth who said the stock has arrived in DBN and will be dispatched soon. I spoke to Mark yesterday and he said that the stock has been dispatched. today I follow up with my order with Ronald the JHB branch and he says that my item is a pre order which still needs to be shipped to South Africa.

This has been a complete waste of time considering that all of the gyms are now open and other places have stock. You'd think that a company like Everlast would be professional, the Sales Manager Peter wasn't apologetic at all when I told him about the issue.
