Lack of response / promises never fulfilled

I own a new model bounceking trampoline which had a couple of leg poles damaged in the wind.<br> <br> Approached M5 for spare parts, they were helpful on the phone, told me I could collect. When I arrived to collect they told me that they didn't have parts for my model (airborne 10 foot) in stock. They promised to get the parts from JHB in the next few days and deliver to me.<br> <br> Two weeks later, I had no response from M5, so I called them again. They told me that the parts hadn't arrived from JHB yet, no idea when they would arrive. They committed to call JHB and call me back with an ETA. Of course I never received the call back as promised (2 weeks later again).<br> <br> It's now a month after the original conversation, and I've had not contact from M5. They make promises to get stock, they don't follow up. Very shoddy service.
