Horrible horrible customer service!

I received my trojan spin from game. Contacted trojan on the 18th. Spoke to Jane Tsedi, Thokozile Makaula,Nikita Dayaram and Loraine Boshomane. I have been waiting for technician since. Every week i make a follow-up en the they keep telling me the same thing. It's really annoying. I have paid the call out fee en spoke to technician Mandla Kgosana. He said he will come assemble between 5 en 6 en he didn't ahow up. Trojan doesn't really care at all about customer service. They chasing money!
