Horrible after sales service

I purchased a Trojan treadmill in December 2018. In May it developed a noise which I reported to the call centre on the 27 May 2019. I received an SMS informing me that a technician will call me. To date nobody has called. I have sent numerous e-mails and called the centre twice since reporting the fault. I was promised today that someone would call me but they have not. #don'tbuytrojanequipment
