Great customer service

I bought a new Bounceking Airborne 12 foot trampoline about a month ago. We had a pretty severe storm with lots of wind, during which the trampoline got damaged with some poles bent. I was at first very dissapointed in the product, but that changed quickly when i spoke with Tanya Adlam. She went out of her way to assist me, and i received replacement poles a couple days later under a warranty claim. Tanya has restored my faith in the product, and i would like to thank her for exceptional service rendered, and truly going out of her way to assist me. Two thumbs up!!!
