Frustrated

I've been trying to sort out a warranty claim on my Trojan spinning bike through M5 sports group. It's been 5 months after several excuses, I have recieved a loan unit, which I have recieved smelling of sweat and cigarette smoke which does not even work properly.

Today I am still waiting, with no finalized date on when I will recieve my own bike back.

Frustrated!
