customer service

i am not surprised that after reading some of reviews that they don't reply. when they do it is a different person from customer service who does not know what has been arranged or said. escalation also does not help as senior management either does not exist or particularly care. this disgusting service is becoming a norm with many companies whose management appears to not exist.
