Bounceking Airmax (3m) Faulty Product

Bounceking Airmax (3m) - We bought this Trampoline in August last year and noticed that it kept on collecting water inside the blue cover and then draining it as soon as you get on to the trampoline, meaning you get wet every time you want to use it. Furthermore we discovered that the cover is starting to disintegrate and tear all over without any one actually touching it. I called the M5 service centre in March and told them about this and they just said sorry they only distribute the product and they can sell me a new cover. We contacted them again last week and complained again, spoke to Lisa, she sent out a technician to come and have a look. He said that the cover only have a 3 month warranty, but we can buy a new cover. I am not happy with this, the product is faulty but they won't admit it, I want my money back!
