Been waiting for more than 7 months...

<p>I have owned a Trojan Solitude Treadmill for a couple years now. It's a great piece of equipment.</p> <p>Last year the running belt started showing some wear and tear and I contacted M5 to replace it in November 2015.</p> <p>It took a few phone calls but eventually they came. Despite me telling them to come and replace it, they didn't bring any spares with them! They just removed the working running belt and promised to come back the following week. They didn't come back until early this year. However, they then didn't bring the correct new belt with them. I haven't seen then again. It's now been more than 7 months since the original call was logged (job card: JC\CT-16900). I've been promised that they will fix it "this Friday" multiple times now, but they never come. They made the same promise again today. I'm out of ideas.</p>
