Bad service

I bought a trojan treadmill in makro around 2011/2012 I am the only one using the machine it stoped working in 2018.2019 I phoned the company to come and service the treadmill.I was told that for them to come to my house I need to pay R 500.00, before they can check the treadmill ,I agreed 2020 March my husband phoned them they promised to come and check we keep on calling they keep on postponing they until April, we were told about covid 19.We waited untill Ievel 1. phoned them again to remaind them.they told me that they discontinued the treadmill .I bought that treadmill R 15000.They can't put the sensor on the machine now I have to buy onother one.It didn't last at least 10 years.
