Bad after sale services

We bought a treadmill from Clearwater Game store and the bolts were missing from the box, we reported this and were told to report to Evolution Trojan Service Centre. Incorrect bolts were delivered after 2 weeks. all this time I had to call and email to get assisted. I'm even thinking of taking this treadmill back to the shop.
