Appalling Service

This review relates to a Bounceking trampoline. In March of this year, we called M5 Sports Group regarding a repair to our trampoline. The trampoline was still under guarantee. They were to come back to us. No one did. On 25/4/2016 called again and spoke to Chad. WhatsApped photos of the trampoline for him to get an idea of what needed to be done. He said that he would forward the message to his manager. On 28/4/2016, received a WhatsApp from Chad to obtain our address. On 5/5/2016, WhatsApped Chad to follow up when we could expect someone to come. No reply. On 9/5/2016 WhatsApped again. No reply. On17/5/2016, 2 gentleman arrived to take a look at the trampoline. They said they would see if the required parts were in stock. If not, it would take about 2 weeks to get them. On 27/6/2016 called again to find out the progress with obtaining the parts. We were told that we couldn't speak to anyone for the entire week due to stock taking (i have never heard such *******). on 18/6/2016, phoned again. Spoke to Bevan. He told us our trampoline was in Johannesburg being repaired. Incredible, seeing that whilst on the phone, we were looking at our trampoline in our garden. Bevan said that he would contact Chad and get him to call us the next day. Needless to say we have not heard from Chad or anyone from M5 Sports Group. By now our trampoline is out of guarantee - due to the delay by the services agents in doing the repair. It remains to be seen whether the guarantee will be honoured. I cannot believe that in today's times, companies can get away with such appalling service. M5 Sports Suppliers are the appointed service agents for Bounceking trampolines, which trampolines are sold through Massmart stores (Game, Makro etc). i wonder if Massmart is aware of the poor service their customers are receiving from one of their service providers. I have no doubt that this review/complaint will not elicit a response or action from M5 Sports Group, A letter to Massmart, bringing their attention to their customers' frustrations with one of their service providers, is warranted.
