Appalling quality and customer service!!

Supplier Response to a problem I had with the Trojan Elliptical Cycle:<br> <br> Hello TyroneB,<br> <br> As per our earlier conversation. It is impossible to tell you the charges over the phone without viewing the unit to do a full assessment first. As discussed you can also bring the unit directly to us and there will be no call out fee which was not explained to you by the call centre (Smollans).
