After-sales support is nonexistent.

I got a Spinning bike as a preset I have been using as is for a month now. I just wanted to get started. I could not get the Bluetooth computer to connect to any phone. I went to the website and could not even find the equipment that I have on the site. There is no FAQ about troubleshooting the Bluetooth problem. I sent them an email a few days after I got the bike but never got a response weeks later. Today I call the help center. The gentleman could not help me. All he could do was log the call so that someone can call me back. I have no idea why he asked me to take a photo of the equipment it's not like they don't know what it should look like. Then he asked for my physical address, I have no idea why but I refused to give it to him. Repeatedly asked me where I got the bike after informing him it was a gift.

1. No response to an email 2. Staff not trained in solving the problem or even trying to. 3. Website is not up to date with the latest equipment.

After-sales support is nonexistent.

Just an update 5 days later I get a call from the same agent. Asking for my physical address and just like the other day I told them why do you want my physical address. He dose not know why but its part of the process. I am looking for a digital copy of the manual for the product. I don't want them to send me a manual via the post(I will never get it). How difficult is it to email someone a product manual. I sent a pic of the product, you have my email.There has been some delay since the last we spoke and the ticket has not moved anywhere. I requested a manager or supervisor and was told that they are not in.(really!!!) So I was told that my request has been emailed to the service team that will email me. I will wait for this email but will not hold my breath. I do not feel like my problem will ever be resolved. If this product was not so heavy I would have thrown this think out already.
