Absolute Pathetic Service

This group’s technician Imraan has now since March last attended to my Trojan 360 exercise bicycle at least 8. The initial problem was that it would not release the tension. Although every single part on it was replaced it is still not fixed. I was told every time that it was fixed but to no avail. To top it all he left it on 3 occasions with one of the pedals loose because the tightening nut had been stripped. The settings were left every time differently between having the high tension on the low side of the setting, having the same tensioning throughout irrespective of the setting or no tensioning at all. He left it 2 weeks with the cover plates unassembled with the promise that his son would come 3 days later with the nut for the pedal and fix it. Since then he made another 2 promises to come but never pitched or even apologize for not coming. This was happening every time that he was suppose to attend to it. He now all of a sudden also tells me that the new parts that they have fitted is faulty and that they cannot get new ones anymore. I do not believe that for one second as he seem totally incapable to fix it. This is extremely frustrating as I had to pay upfront and now 10 months later still sit with a partly assembled machine!!!
