Why did my account get blocked

I have started jobbing and everything went quite well. Last weekend I drove 20 kilometers to get to an area to do jobs. All went well till yesterday when I checked my wallet and all of a sudden I had to find out shockingly that my account now is blocked and I don't know why. I have sent M4JAM emails but don't get any reply. Ive now wasted petrol, money, data and a lot of time doing these jobs and now I'm sitting with nothing. Either this nonsense gets sorted out or I will report this to Vic Scanlon-Hall as I used to work for Shoprite as a manager and know these people. No one waste my time and money
