M4jam a **** or what?

I really think M4jam is a ****, when u first start off with them they will pay you quickly and respond to you quickly but as soon as they see that you are willing to work they start rejecting your jobs for no reason and they start blocking your account so you can't work and when you ask them to call you back they don't even come back to you. They take about 4 to 5 days to respond to your emails, only to unblock your account but if you have other queries within the email they will never explain in detail about your job rejection they will not come back to you about the specifics of what happened for the job to get rejected they will never clarify. I really feel there is something ***** happening here, it's either jobs are given to priorities or we are basically working for nothing they will just pay you the one job so you don't quit and they would reject most of your jobs so they are able to make money on their side.
