If only M4JAM knew what we as jobbers go through

I've started doing jobs for M4JAM for few days now and at first I was happy that finally IL forget about unemployment but personally feel like M4JAM doesn't take people who make them money serious ,they don't pay on time ,they make sure you get rejects and they don't read the discription that we write down there, they enjoy rejecting. We use our money to travel and do jobs then they only pay for one job. Only if M4JAM knew what we go through with this owners and managers ,they wouldnt play people like this.
