account blocked-outstanding payments

I am so dissappointed with m4jam. I was so happy at first did many jobs and got my first payment with no hassles. Then after having done almst 70 jobs my account was blocked because i had made mistakes. I enquired and was told 4 weeks ago that my account was being investigated. I have been sending emails weekly for feedback but to no avail, the worse part is i have money that needs to be paid to me around a thousand or so but no one wants to assist me or even release even that money. Its so frustrating because i took my time and used my data to do these jobs but now that its done no one cares to get back to me. Its really false adverti*****t that this app gives you an opportunity to make money because once u have made the money. Theres no payment.
