Account blocked and no payment

I joined this in hopes to make money my first transaction went well but now I worked hard to get jobs done on the day I was to be paid my account got blocked due to one job done wrong. But was told account is unblocked for two days in a row but 10 days later my account is still blocked and now my emails are ignored and no arrangements done for my payments to come through. This system is no good.
