Accident

I had an accident on the 13th of February 2018.

The driver comes with lies just to cover himself. He came with 2 different stories and now the outcome is that this huge company refuse to pay. All I asked was for the excess to be paid by them as well as the courtesy vehicle which will be supp**** by my insurance. The damage on my vehicle is R26200.00.

If they have such a big influence on all their customers which is well stated on their website, they can surely be kind enough to work this situation out civilised without legal actin which I am willing to do.
