Ceiling problems

I bought a house with Calgro M3 ,it's been 3 years and 9 months now,but I just find myself always regretting. Firstly in 2023 the ceiling in one of the bedroom was falling and reported it to Mike but they just did damage control..not looking at ylthe root cause of the problem.Thinking all was well the it's started falling again and I just took steps to change the wholes ceiling in 2024 from the two bedrooms and the bathroom because we realized few material was used in building the ceiling hence if couldn't hold and kept on falling .then I thought It's all over now the ceiling in the sitting room it's starting to show signs the same as the one in the bedroom.Im always scared looking at the ceiling thinking jne dagnit will fall on us .Right now I should been focusing on renovating my house and making it looking beautiful and homely buy I ma bust fixing Calgros Cheap workmanship they did in this house..I feel ****** and I bought this house and will be paying thousands for such a faulty house ..I believe this was supposed to be an RDP house like the flats they normally build.I have all the pictures to show how the ceiling looked like it's so disappointing..when I go view houses fir the other developer COSMOPOLITAN..these people really understand the mandate of housing the people . This is totally misery because you discover something new every year .it's never and ending journey .So disappointed in calgro .everything is this house theg use to build with its of the cheapest category of all times .This is shocking m
