M2Signs Decals and Signage Shoddy work

My company wanted to install door decals (signage) with company details. I approached M2Signs who indicated that they will do the work. After doing the initial colours of the company details in black, I indicated that it does not look good. I accepted that this was my mistake and I would pay for the new texts which will be in colour. When the new texts were affixed, barely 3 days later they started peeling off from the door. I indicated to the company that they were peeling off and the response I got was that I should use my fingers to paste them back on, I said this was unacceptable as it is a new installation. Claudio from M2Signs then advised as follows "We will need to replace it with a flat colour vinyl, this happens when we have to print and cut letters, it was to match your colour. If you press them they should stick back otherwise please advise if the original black lettering we had on previously will do?". So it basically became my fault that I wanted the texts to be in colour and that I should pay again if I wanted to take them back to the all black colour, that I did not like. The texts on the door now have fallen down and I have to constantly pick them up and paste them again, which looks horrible to my visitors.
