Worst Delivery Service

If there was 0 that is exactly the number of stars I would give this company, I have been getting smses that my order will arrive before 5 pm for 3 days straight and nothing is happening. Theres no communication whatsoever as to why my order has not been delivered. I am leaving for Eastern Cape and my children dont have Xmas clothing. I have been shopping at Woolworths for a very long time and have never been disappointed
