Very bad Service

This is the worst logistics company i’ve ever had to receive a delivery from , their customer service communication is terrible not to mention the driver who was assigned to deliver my parcel on the 24th of january he actually shouted at me because he went on the wrong direction and i told him to just stop on the street he is on i’ll walk towards him it’s not far but instead he started shouting at me and be rude towards me Mind you i am 38 weeks pregnant and walking is difficult but i had to make a plan because i needed the parcel which was my Hospital baby Nappy bag the guy literally dropped the call when i asked him why he was shouting at me and he drove off with my Parcel without telling me if i should go back home he will deliver the next day or anything i stood there looking for him , tried calling he didn’t pick up , today is the 29th still my parcel hasn’t arrived and i’m due for delivery on the 30th
