Stuck on the same status for over a week. No correspondence!

Terrible experience. My parcel has been out in divery since the 31st Aug. It's the 09 September and it just states out for delivery. No reliable contact information just an email address that doesn't get responded to. MR PRICE needs to stop with this courier company!!!
