Slow service

Their service is slow, For the past 4 days I've been receiving messages that my parcel is out for delivery with no attempt made to deliver, the parcel always goes back to the hub. I'm in Joburg and the parcel is also moving from Joburg, at this point I'm thinking of driving to their hub to collect it myself.
