Ruined mother's day.

Absolute freaking ridiculous service. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever not even people I don't like. My parcel was supposed to arrive 9 May (they gave the date and it was a parcel for mother's day i ordered long before the deliver date) on 9 May the whole day the parcel status said out for delivery, then right at the end of the work day around 4pm it was changed to "delayed-missorted" and now today (12 May) it said out for deliver the whole day again and I've been waiting and checked the status right now at 5pm and it was changed to the same "delayed-misorted". If you want a bussiness... be able to run it.
