Rude and ********* driver

I’ve ordered shoes online and they were to be delivered by Monday 24/03.

The courier handling the parcel is M24 Logistics and their drive is rude and doesn’t have respect.

He contacted me on Thursday 20 March after 19:00 even though the delivery was to be delivered by 17:00, the parcel is meant to go to school of which by that time there’s no one at school.

I tried arranging to meet so I can get my parcel, he refused. On Monday, the 24th I called trying to find out, he said he will not be delivering in my are and he is already in Brenton. I asked him to leave the parcel by the Fuel station, he said he has passed.

It’s like he was not trying to make any efforts to deliver or for me yo get my parcel.

Today, 25 March. I asked my husband to contact him because I’m really frustrated and fed up. He said he will attempt to deliver, haibo! So he is not promising anything.

The parcel is meant for someone who is heading to Cape Town this afternoon for Graduation.

I’ve head the worst shopping experience.
