Online order Enquiry

Worst delivery company in the world I'm waiting for my parcel it's been 8 days now can't track them,Lovisa does not help in anyway their telling me my order number does not exist but on the courier it was on dispatch out for delivery on 2nd of December that was the last day they send me an SMS telling me my order was coming.since then it's quiet m24 logistics and Lovisa I don't if I ve been ****med or what I'm Soo angry no more my money gone for nothing.
