M24 logistics is the worse courier I have ever dealt with

One star is way too much for them. They don't deserve a thing. Today I received an sms stating that my parcel from Bash will be delivered today before 17:00. Whole day my kids are home. I also got back home at 13:30. Waited for them. Just after 17:00 when I track my package the status of the parcel says "RECIPIENT NOT HOME" and yet no one came to my house, no one called if they were getting lost. What kind of courier does that. They don't even how urgent that parcel is.
