M24 logistics a nightmare logistics company

This company is the worse logistics company, I have ever came across. I made an order with TFG , and they handed my parcel to M24 logistics. The frustrating part is that, I can't track down my parcel as their website banned my IP address, I don't know what should happen now.

They lack professionalism and somehow they have not regard to their costumers.

I am not happy with their service
