I am extremely disappointed with the service from M24 Logistics.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered within 3 business days, yet more than a week later I am still waiting. The tracking information repeatedly states that I was either "unreachable" or "unknown at the delivery address."

The problem is that no delivery attempts were ever made. No courier arrived at my address, and I received no phone calls, SMS messages, emails, or any other form of communication. Despite the tracking status suggesting contact was attempted, I have not been contacted even once.

What is even more concerning is that a quick look at reviews shows that many other customers appear to be experiencing the exact same issue. It is difficult to trust the tracking information when so many people report failed delivery attempts without any evidence that an actual attempt was made.

I have now had to contact the company myself to try and find out where my parcel is and when it will be delivered.

Customers should not have to chase a courier company for updates on overdue parcels. At the very least, accurate tracking information and genuine communication should be expected.
