Horrible Horrible service!

Absolutely horrible service. They have no idea about their operations / deliveries.

My delivery was scheduled for yesterday and nothing was delivered . I had to make the call to find out what is the delay, the man I spoke to was confused and as of now I have not received feedback on what's happening.

If an employee himself is confused and doesn't know what's happening how much more confusion does that cause for the customer.
