Have not recieved my package and it's been a month

If it was up to me there would not be a rating . AWFUL SERVICE if you could even call it a service as it is not provided. I placed an order on Mr price on the 30th of August, the 2nd of September it said the package was handed to the courier and I have nor hear a thing since then. The status has not changed no update was provided NOTHING. It is now October and I still don't have my package, i dunno if it was ****** or what the case is as it is impossible to reach them. I tried everything and there is no response whatsoever. I hope I get my package , they are the worst.
