Courier **** about no one being present for collection

I have an order from Bash which had to be collected for return by this company. The courier in 3 attempts only contacted me once. According to the message they send they couldn't collect as no one was present. Yet I have screen shot of my clocks at work in the morning and everything when I was waiting for them to collect. The courier has the audacity to send a response at v 4pm saying no one on site. Bash why use aa company with a bunch of ****s supposedly to do collections. Yet in this same week I had 3 deliveries from Bash with Ram at the same site and I signed for all the deliveries. So who is lying to who. I have screen shot of correspence I sent to the company also
