Bunch of lies

If there's something I cannot tolerate, it's lies!! On the tracking history, this company says that they could not reach me, this was a lie. A few hours later they say that I "requested a future delivery date". This is an even bigger lie. The workers here just update the parcel tracking status with any lie to cover up their bad service. If Mgmt cares, they are welcome to contact me for the details of these lies.
