Beyond bad service

I realised I was going to add on the list of negative experience after noticing first false report that "they couldn't reach me" while I spoke to the driver whom said he will not be able to deliver when I later phoned him on the day where he said he'll deliver the next day before 10h00 and that never happened. I reached out to their warehouse(something that wasn't simple) and was assured that a driver is sent with instructions to phone me when he arrives and the next thing another report was made that "I'm not home" while I was waiting for him...worst, there was never a call. I emailed and phoned both them where the parcel was coming from whom kept saying "the matter is escalated" but not escalated enough for the parcel to get to me - the parcel was returned.

I'm writing this in hope that they'll improve their services
