Been waiting for my delivery for a whole day it’s night time already.

Hi, I paid for an express delivery for my Woolworths order, got an sms this morning to say it’s out of delivery. I am still waiting on my delivery it’s 18:21pm already. I’ve tried calling/ email you but no response. I got no sms or call from any driver for this whole day
