Bash refund

I dont understand why is Bash using M24 logistics they are just a nightmare,they were supposed to collect an item i bought from bash because i was not happy with it,M24 Logistics send tracking message but there is nothing on tracking but they claim they are collecting item on 4/11/2024 and 5/11/2024 on the day they send onother message 6/11/2024 i dont know what to do
