Bad service and rude driver

Yhoo I have never been this disappointed and disrespected by a stranger for the service I paid for. I ordered on the bash app and they handed my parcel to this logistic company. So yesterday on the 28th of February I received a message that my parcel my out for delivery. The first red flag i then received a call from the driver telling that I should go and wait for them at a mall. I kindly asked him to deliver my parcel at the address that was on the parcel. He didn’t know the place I asked him to wait for me at a nearby doctors practice around 15:52 pm at 15:54 while I was where I asked then to wait for me I received a call from them they were so rude telling they found no one so I should go to the mall and they dropped the call and went at the mall since I wanted my order when I arrived I phoned them again they told my that they are gone the went in hollycross and they then blocked my number when I tracked my parcel again it’s written wrong address. Yhoo I have never had such experience with a c campany RAM
