7 days for a parcel to be delivered.

Placed an order with Lovisa on the 8th of September. My order was dispatched on the 10th. It was with the courier company for 7 days and I kept calling them to ask how long before my order is delivered. The guy I spoke to from M24 logistics said he will call the driver and ask for estimated time of delivery then call me back. He never called back. I ended up sending an email to Lovisa informing them that my parcel is still with the courier service and asking them to follow up on my behalf. That's when I got a call from the delivery guy that he was on his way. Worst service ever. How can a courier company take 7 days to deliver a parcel.
