BAD BUILDER AND CON ARTIST

I contracted The Builder who's name is Pete Van Aswegen , of M2 Building Solutions, Hout Bay to renovate a bathroom. He said the job would take 2 weeks and by week 7 it was still not complete. We were left with a bathroom that not only did not work but was a total mess. The job was so badly done with loose tiles, skew tiles, bad plumbing, leaking bath, toilet not working, shabby painting, just absolutely shocking! I was forced to contract another builder to redo the tiling, fix plumbing and re paint. The newly contracted professional builder fixed up the mess in 4 days. Sadly due to his constant requests to pay his workers, (who I think were laymen off the street), and his empty promises to fix the mess we had paid him all the money due..and the bathroom cost me double the original amount. I have never in 25 years of doing renovations experienced such bad building practice before and would like to alert the public..Pete van Aswegen is certainly no builder, plumber or painter.. be aware of this con artist!!!
