The Worst Service Centre Ever!!!

My biggest mistake ever was taking my VW Amarok to them (M1 Service Centre/Lowveld spares), it (Amarok) was using water and we couldn't find the source of the problem. At first, they said it was the EGR so we addressed the matter, however, the issue was still there. They quickly changed their diagnosis to the water pump and radiator, but also did not resolve the problem. We ended up spending close to R80K on basically rebuilding the entire motor and needless to say 9 months of frustrating agony, I had to take the vehicle to VW to fix even more problems caused due to their unprofessional and *********** workmanship. The owner is very friendly at first, however, that quickly changes when he needs to take any form of responsibility for their mistakes. They lost and broke various parts and ended up not replacing anything. To make the matter worse once I raised my concern he told us that if I don't pay him in full he would not release the vehicle and will charge an R300 p/day storage fee. This is after I need to collect my vehicle with more problems than we started off with and broken or missing parts not repaired or replaced.
